Due to the influx of orders during the holidays, we encourage customers to order in advance. We won’t be able to guarantee delivery by Christmas due to the number of packages processed by USPS, FedEx, and UPS systems. We will process orders as soon as we receive and we will continue to work around the clock to provide you with an unparalleled customer service experience.
If an item is on pre-sale launch and is available for purchase, note that we will be shipping as soon as it becomes available, and you will be notified.
Shipping dates are from the time that an item has been shipped and not when you ordered, and we cannot guarantee the time that it will arrive due to third-party logistics outside of our control, but we will be provided tracking number in an email for all orders.
If you qualify for FREE SHIPPING or have the option to pick free shipping please note that we will be shipping in the most economical way, and we can’t guarantee the carrier’s delivery date, only the tracking information. Also, free shipping is available only to US Orders(excluding islands, AK, and HI).
At check out ensure that the shipping address is correct, but if you realized immediately after you place your order that it was wrong, email us at email@example.com so we can update you prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped we can’t make changes to the address. If an order is returned we will be notifying you, and in order for us to re-ship, you will need to submit payment for the shipping fees so we can send it again.
Replacement items will not be shipped until the original order has been received or returned.
Twine Shop Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, or tracks as delivered but is not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. USPS at 1-800-222-1811 or your local post office or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
